Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst – MQ-25 Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst to support the MQ-25 team in Mascoutah, IL! The Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst will work in our fast-paced and dynamic production environment to align the Operations Team with Program Leadership, customer counterparts and cross-functional partners to remove roadblocks and stabilize operations. Position Responsibilities: Conducts assessments of processes and practices against applicable standards and criteria Analyzes and interprets data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement Provides clear feedback and recommendations based on assessment results Partners with organizations to develop strategies, plans, and metrics that support company initiatives using Lean methodologies and other applicable tools and processes Collaborates at the appropriate organizational level to implement strategies and action plans effectively Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Operations environment 3+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management Experience with Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint Experience implementing lean methodologies and productivity improvements Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent work or military experience Manufacturing Execution Systems common image (MESci) experience Experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the military Experience using Shipside Action Tracker Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
