Customer ServiceChris Skundrich - State Farm Agency, located in Ephrata, PA is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a position focused on Customer Service for a well-established State Farm Agent. If you have a talent for customer care and understand the needs and motivations of people, we want you on our team! As our Customer Service Representative, you'll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Answer phones and greet clientsEstablish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as neededProvide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarificationUse a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance optionsYou will receive:Salary base $38,000 to $48,000 depending on licensing and experiencePaid Time Off (personal/sick days and major holidays)SIMPLE IRAValuable experienceGrowth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my officeRequirements:Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferredExcellent communication skills - written, verbal and listeningBilingual English/Spanish preferredSelf-motivatedDetail orientedProactive in problem solvingAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviewsAbility to effectively relate to a customerProperty Casualty license (must be able to obtain)Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please submit your resume.
