Senior Stock Plan Manager

To manage and advance equity compensation strategy and global stock plan operations, the full-time remote Senior Stock Plan Manager will lead end-to-end lifecycle operations, optimize stock plan workflows, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities Lead global equity and ESPP lifecycle operations, ensuring flawless execution and participant experience Design and automate stock plan workflows across multi-system environments to enhance efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support compliance and resolve complex data issues Required qualifications Proven experience managing equity and ESPP programs at a publicly-traded technology company Hands-on mastery of Fidelity PSW and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 designation preferred Expert proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including advanced functions and formulas Strong ability to communicate complex financial information clearly across departments Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and process optimization
