Supporting a custom-designed Salesforce platform, the full-time Salesforce Support Developer will provide operational support, assist in coding and configuration, and manage system security while working remotely for a client-focused environment. Key responsibilities Provide operational support for user issues and custom application modifications Assist in coding, configuration, maintenance, and debugging of Salesforce applications Participate in team meetings to ensure program needs for development and data security are met Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in software development or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience 2+ years of Salesforce administration and development experience Strong technical knowledge of IT software system configuration and architecture Demonstrated ability to translate customer requirements into technical specifications Experience managing data security for confidential information
