Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Shift Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri

Location Highlights

Montesano offers access to the Olympic Peninsula and the Washington coast, with Lake Sylvia State Park about 5 miles away and Ocean Shores roughly 35 miles west. Downtown Montesano sits along the Chehalis River and near U.S. Route 12, giving travelers a quieter small-town setting with road access to Aberdeen in about 15 miles. Olympic National Park visitor areas can be reached in roughly 70 to 90 miles, and the region supports hiking, fishing, and coastal day trips. The area also connects to Grays Harbor attractions, including Westport's marina and waterfront, which is about 40 miles away.
