BEHAVIORAL TECHNICIAN

WORK LOCATION: CHARLOTTE, NC. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Execute and support individualized behavior intervention plans developed by licensedclinicians. Support daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, life skillsdevelopment, and other essential skills, such as effective communication, interpersonalinteractions, and self-regulated strategies. Prioritize residence safety, monitoring, and maintaining a supportive and therapeuticenvironment. Document and monitor residents' response, behavior, and overall progress in a timely andaccurate.Observe and assess residents in diverse settings, identifying behavioral patterns, triggers,and corresponding responses.Establish and consistently maintain professional boundaries with residents and families,adhere to ethical standards. Ensure data confidentiality for residents, parents, and staff.Comply with all required regulations, standards, and ethical guidelines.Other duties as assigned. REQUIRED SKILLSData collection Crisis intervention Team collaborationStrong communication Behavioral interventionEmpathy and compassionProficiency in behavior trackingQUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent GED.
