Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Location: Seattle, WA

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift

Salary Range: $110,000 – $160,000 annually

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive medical care to adult and geriatric populations across post-acute and long-term care settings. This role offers the opportunity to practice collaboratively while managing diverse clinical conditions in skilled nursing, assisted living, and long-term care environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive medical care to adult and geriatric patients
• Perform patient assessments and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic testing as appropriate
• Collaborate with nursing staff and consulting providers to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in on-call coverage as required

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PA-C) program
• Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted state license
• DEA registration, NPI number, and prescriptive authority (or eligibility)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Eligible to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
