Mercury is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to advance our HR technology and scale our Workday landscape. You will partner with HR and Compensation leaders to optimize core HCM and Advanced Compensation, automate processes, and improve the employee experience. You will design configuration, security, reports, lifecycle events, and drive AI-enabled innovations across Workday; this role reports to Head of People Operations and offers a competitive salary and equity in a fast-growing fintech. #J-18808-Ljbffr Mercury
