Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities Formulate and manage programs relative to selection, training, promotion, and other employer/employee relationships. Interviews job applicants; develops personnel record forms; adjust disputes and grievances and recommends necessary disciplinary actions; analyzes, classifies and evaluates jobs. Administers employee welfare and recreation services, and serves as an adviser to executive staff in personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organization changes. Overview Department: Human Resources Shift: Full-Time; On-Site; M-F Facility: St Joseph Hospital Location: Elgin, IL Qualifications Education and Work Experience Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience required. Master's Degree preferred. At Least 2 Years Of Healthcare Experience Required Must be familiar with the hospital organization; functions of various departments; pay practices and techniques, review techniques; training methods. Familiar with the labor market for recruitment and understanding of accreditation standards Knowledge of state and federal wage and hour laws required. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $97,656 to 136,344 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
