The Role:

Opportunity to specialize across Engineering, Technology, Energy, or Construction markets
B2B sales, business development, cold calling, and relationship management
Full-cycle recruitment role managing both clients and candidates
Uncapped commission structure with exceptional earning potential
Clear progression into leadership and management roles
