Speech Language Pathologist in Cantonment, FL

What You'll Need:

• Active and valid Speech-Language Pathology credentials (CCC required)
• Previous experience or strong interest in working with elementary-age children in a school setting
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to on-site work throughout the contract duration
• Flexibility for pre-screen interviews-with availability between 9-11 a.m. and 2-3 p.m. EST (some flexibility available)
• A passion for fostering growth and building supportive relationships with students and staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to an elementary caseload (approximately 45 students)
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and multi-disciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure timely compliance with all requirements
• Participate in meetings and contribute insights to support student achievement
