Opening this Fall, Mottai Miami is a modern Japanese restaurant in the heart of Coral Gables. We're looking for talented and experienced Line Cooks to join the culinary team of our upscale restaurant. You'll work closely with our chefs to execute dishes with precision, consistency, and creativity. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and pride in delivering food that represents the quality and standards of our brand. Who We're Looking For- Minimum 2 years of experience as a line cook in an upscale establishment
- Ability to balance high-volume production with fine dining presentation and technique
- Strong understanding of daily prep, station organization, and product rotation
- Calm, organized, and detail-oriented under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills in English
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine preferred; familiarity with Asian ingredients is a plus
- Culinary degree or formal training is a plus
