This team is service oriented and consultative rounding to all units assisting with central lines. The IV nurse will access medi-ports and assist bedside staff with medi-ports, place midlines (will receive on the job training for this), respond to all MRTs and Code Blues, and cross train for the monitor room. : Nursing Opportunities at Sentara Obici Hospital Education Degree or Diploma in Registered Nursing (required) Bachelor of Science Nursing- BSN or MSN (Preferred) Certification/Licensure Registered nursing License (Required) BLS required within 90 days of hire ACLS within 1 year of hire (Required) Experience 2 years of acute care experience (highly preferred) Experience with ports, and Ultrasound IV placement (Preferred) Critical care experience (preferred) Medical Surgical experience (preferred) Previous healthcare experience (preferred) Keywords: #Talroo-Nursing: critical care, ICU, Intensive Care, Step Down, Registered Nurse, RN, CCRN, Cardiac, IV Team We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
