TransForce is seeking full-time CDL A drivers in Phoenix, AZ. This position offers steady, year-round work with the opportunity to go full-time after completing conversion hours.
Pay:
- $23.00 per hour
- Overtime after 40 hours
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 10–12 hour shifts
- Early morning start times (between 3:00 AM – 6:00 AM)
- Optional Saturdays available
What You'll Be Doing:
- Delivering a variety of freight including wine, beer, retail, and paper products
- Operating Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed trailers
- 95% drop and hook freight
- Occasional loading/unloading
- Performing routes throughout the Phoenix area
- Executing tight backing maneuvers (especially on Monday Total Wine routes)
Requirements:
- CDL A license
- Minimum 6 months experience (1 year preferred)
- Strong backing skills
- Ability to navigate local routes efficiently
- Clean driving record
- Stable work history
