Position Summary Title: Client Service Associate Location: Denver, CO Compensation: Starting at $70,000 Mission of the Position: Supports the Client Advisor team with day‑to‑day client needs and requests. Responsibilities Works with the advisor and analyst to prioritize and execute all client‑related tasks and requests. Populates and processes documentation for client onboarding, investments, and other account maintenance. Tracks, enters, and reconciles investment activity across our proprietary database, various custodians, and our reporting provider through monitoring daily activity reports. Interacts with third‑party service providers (e.g., outside custodians, reporting providers, and other advisors). Maintains client confidentiality and assists in identifying potentially fraudulent activity. Acts as a liaison with tax professionals during tax season. Initiates and executes all money movements for investments and client liquidity needs. Interfaces with money managers regarding investment activity and administration for KYC and AML requests. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 0–3 years of working experience. Experience with programs including DocuSign, Adobe (PDF) Writer, Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Planner, Word). Physical Requirements Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
