Surety/Bond Insurance Producer

Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Insurance Producer to join our team in Philadelphia, United States. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of both remote and in-office work, focusing on expanding our commercial insurance business in the Pennsylvania market. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new commercial insurance clients in the PA market Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth Conduct thorough risk assessments and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to meet clients' needs Collaborate with clients and prospects to design customized insurance programs Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in the commercial insurance sector Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals Utilize CRM software to manage client information and track sales activities Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills Qualifications Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license required Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred Proven track record of success in commercial insurance sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, risk management, and the Pennsylvania insurance market Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets Ability to analyze complex risks and develop tailored insurance solutions Strong time management and organizational skills Additional insurance certifications such as CPCU or CIC are a plus Willingness to travel within the Pennsylvania market as needed Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities Benefits Life Insurance and AD&D
