$122,800~$157,000 per year

Requirements

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.
Current, active license to practice General Dentistry in the state in which practicing (or the ability to obtain licensure immediately).
Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
A demonstrated commitment to providing quality patient care and educating patients on dental health.
Effective communication skills and a professional, courteous demeanor with all patients and staff.

Job Description

Examine patients thoroughly to determine the nature of their oral condition, utilizing X-rays, instruments, and other diagnostic procedures.
Provide comprehensive treatment for various conditions, defects, injuries, and esthetic aspects of the mouth, teeth, jaws, and face.
Execute restorative and preventative procedures, including providing preventive dental services and education in oral hygiene.
Perform minor surgical procedures, including the removal of diseased and impacted teeth.
Handle the surgical and restorative phases of missing teeth replacement, including the placement of dental implants.
Administer anesthesia services (local, and sedation if certified) to ensure patient comfort during procedures.
Oversee and supervise office staff, including hygienists, dental assistants, receptionists, and other support personnel.
Ensure rigorous adherence to safety protocols and processes, including the proper utilization of protective equipment and compliance with OSHA/Bloodborne pathogen requirements.
Participate actively in morning huddles, chart reviews, and routine office meetings to optimize patient flow and care coordination.
