Our client is looking for a difference maker for the community! They are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to support our housing programs. In this role, you’ll:
-Provide excellent service to applicants, tenants, and landlords
-Process applications, recertifications, and eligibility for housing assistance
-Coordinate inspections, orientations, and case management
-Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
-Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HUD regulations

Requirements:
-1+ year of customer service experience
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
-Strong multitasking and communication skills
