Director, Boys Program – Austin Juniors Volleyball Club, LLC (Austin, TX) Serve as coach and program director for boys’ volleyball program, including planning tryouts, season and practice schedules, and organizing and conducting training and practice sessions. Responsibilities Planning tryouts, season and practice schedules. Organizing and conducting training and practice sessions. Managing the volleyball program: strategic planning and operational advice for a competitive youth program. Developing and implementing clinics, camps, and training curricula. Serving as a parent liaison between the club and families for escalations, incident management, and conflict resolution. Working with the USAV and its training programs. Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field. At least 3 years of youth volleyball coaching and training experience. Experience performing volleyball program management and providing strategic planning and operational advice. Experience developing and executing clinics, camps, and training curricula. Work Arrangement Remote work permissible 1–2 times per week. Regular local travel to Austin sports arenas in Cedar Park, TX 78613; travel frequency varies and may be unpredictable.
