CNC Machinist Level IVolt is immediately hiring for CNC Machinist Level I-III in Golden, CO. As a CNC Machinist Level I-III you will:Review samples, drawings and/or instructions to understand specifications of product.Take measurements and mark material for cutting or shaping.Monitor machine while working to adjust the tool offsets and identify issues.Check output to ensure consistency with specifications and discard defects.Keep records of approved and defective units or final productsCheck oil and coolant levels and check coolant concentration levels.This is a full time, contract opportunity.The ideal candidate will have:Using Calipers, micrometers, gage pins, drills, drivers, hand tools, etc. [entry level measuring devices & tools]Loading Production PartsMachine upkeep/cleanliness and maintenanceMaterial identification, job I.D. stickersDumping chips and recyclingUnderstanding Traveler paperworkIn process inspection techniquesSetting up vise and indicating it inManual inspection devices, entry level surface plate inspection [3 points of flatness]Must be available to work swing shiftPay Rate:
