ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE DESIGN Enterprise Architecture Design – Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business goals Data Modeling & Database Design – Expertise in conceptual, logical, and physical data models; relational and NoSQL databases Cloud Architecture – Proficiency in GCP for designing cloud-native solutions Integration Patterns – Knowledge of APIs, microservices, ETL, and messaging systems (Kafka, StreamSets) Security & Compliance – Implementing data governance, encryption, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR) Performance Optimization – Designing for high availability, fault tolerance, and efficient data processing DevOps & CI/CD – Familiarity with automation pipelines, containerization, and CI/CD practices SPECIALIST / EMERGING SKILLS Service Management Statistics and Data Science Leadership ANALYTICAL & DESIGN SKILLS Requirements Analysis – Translating business needs into technical specifications Solution Blueprinting – Creating architecture diagrams, data flows, and system interaction models Data Strategy – Defining data lifecycle, quality, and governance frameworks EMERGING TECHNOLOGY AWARENESS AI/ML Integration – Designing architectures that support advanced analytics and machine learning Event-Driven & Real-Time Systems – Expertise in streaming technologies such as Kafka and StreamSets MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Provide technical and automation consulting services to IT and business units Serve as a technical leader within the enterprise automation community of practice Conduct architectural evaluation, design, and analysis of information and process systems Ensure automation implementation teams deliver robust, scalable system solutions Develop, enhance, and maintain service design procedures and processes to ensure strong solution and service design Partner with Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure compliance with strategic blueprints and architectural standards Review process assessments and identify applications of automation technology across business domains Identify reusable components and manage configurable parameters, queues, and robot schedules Drive design best practices and troubleshoot design or code-related issues Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities and automation solutions Develop and maintain enterprise-wide automation testing standards and best practices Act as a primary point of contact for architectural questions, solutioning, and reviews Establish and support service management standards for automation platforms Develop automated tools and scripts for enterprise use Drive development and implementation of automation deliverables Thoroughly test developed solutions Ensure adherence to organizational standards, policies, and procedures Establish standards for scripts and work products to support reuse and maintainability Prepare highly technical and complex specifications Analyze user specifications and requirements Identify and recommend continuous process improvements Define best practices for software design, documentation, retention, and deployment Collaborate with service operations, product, and vendor teams to resolve and prevent technology issues Gather and document business, user, functional, and non-functional requirements Build and maintain strong business relationships Own and participate in lifecycle management of assigned applications and infrastructure Provide after-hours or on-call production support as needed Resolve simple to complex production support issues Serve in project management or technical leadership roles as required Train and mentor peers and junior staff Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to organizational Code of Conduct and values #J-18808-Ljbffr Centraprise
