A specialized compounding pharmacy focusing on Weight Loss and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy seeks a Full-Time Lead Pharmacy Technician. This direct hire opportunity offers a pivotal role in managing pharmacy operations and supporting growth initiatives.

Location: DeBary, FL
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; 40 hours per week

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing administrative tasks such as processing invoices and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Demonstrating strong attention to detail in all pharmacy functions
• Facilitating clear communication and fostering teamwork among staff
• Upholding professionalism and reliability in a fast-paced environment
• Managing multiple responsibilities effectively
• Supporting efforts to expand the pharmacy’s services and operations

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Florida Pharmacy Technician license required
• Proven experience as a lead technician, with the ability to manage staff and pharmacy processes
• Compounding pharmacy experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to pharmacy growth
