Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and financial support to clients, helping protect families and children
- Communicate with clients across multiple time zones using virtual communication tools
- Learn from executive leadership through mentorship and ongoing development opportunities
- Contribute to company growth by building strong client relationships and delivering outstanding service
- Maintain professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude in all interactions
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a remote work environment
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop into leadership opportunities
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
- Customer service or client-facing experience is a plus, but not required
