CT Technologist - Exciting Opportunity Awaits! - **Assignment Duration:** 13 weeks - **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 1500 to 2330 (8 hour shift, 40 hours a week) Join our dynamic team as a CT Technologist and take your career to the next level! In this role, you will: - Perform Computerized Tomography procedures, including invasive procedures, under the guidance of the Radiology Manager and Radiologist. - Utilize a Toshiba Aquilon 64 slice scanner to deliver high-quality imaging. - Position and instruct patients, operate advanced specialized equipment, and determine technical exposure factors. - Ensure precise marking and labeling of all films. - Provide exceptional patient care while consistently prioritizing safety and quality. - Participate in on-call duties as needed. **What We’re Looking For:** - Graduate of an approved AMA school of Radiology. - Active ARRT registration. - Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy is essential. - Preferred: Two years of diagnostic experience. - Must be physically capable: - Ability to lift 40 pounds from floor to wheelchair or waist. - Move 40 pounds six feet. - Reach overhead holding 25 pounds. - Lift 40 pounds from wheelchair to bed level. - Pull 40 pounds from stretcher to bed. - Push a 150-pound loaded stretcher a distance of 300 feet. **Key Skills:** - Excellent stamina, flexibility, and manual dexterity to operate delicate equipment. - Strong computer skills. - Accurate judgment and decision-making ability in line with radiology knowledge and skills. - Dedication to providing quality customer service and patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
