The Role: What You'll Do You will be the executive lead for [Number] locations across Greater Cincinnati. Your focus is on scaling excellence and building a leadership pipeline that lasts. Financial Mastery: Proven track record of managing multi-unit P&Ls and hitting KPIs in competitive markets. Leadership Style: You lead from the field, not from an office.
