At Vision Systems, a business unit of Gauzy, we are market leaders in shading systems focused on the development, design, and manufacturing of comprehensive, customized award-winning products for aviation, marine, and special vehicles.
We are looking for a Support Technician - Production to work with our customer in Little Rock. As a Support Technician - Production, you will troubleshoot, analyze, and repair our products shipped from Florida. Includes assembling small components in accordance with work instructions and blueprints.
***Located in Little Rock, AR. This is a part-time position with the potential for 40 hours per week during busy seasons.
Responsibilities
- Aligns material and assembles parts to build more complex units using tools in a clean room environment
- Review samples, drawings, or work instructions to understand the specification of output and ensure output is of the highest quality
- Inspects parts, and test parts according to Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP)
- Complies with safety, security, and quality management system requirements to ensure quality and timely customer delivery
Requirements
- Ability to read and analyze drawings
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems/issues
- Mechanically inclined. Must be able to use tools and machinery
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Weight lift requirement 40 lbs
- Previous experience and knowledge of Dassault
- Aerospace or similar manufacturing background strongly desired
- Good understanding of quality control principles
- 1 year of experience
