Job Title: Inventory Associate
Location: Traverse City, MI (and surrounding 20-mile radius)
Pay Rate: $22.00 / hour (Paid Bi-Weekly + Paid Travel Time) | Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday | Predictable Weekends Off | Early Mornings

What You’ll Do
Conduct physical inventory counts inside client convenience stores and gas stations using handheld keypads.
Audit stock across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
Partner with store managers post-audit to review stock counts and reconcile variances.
Work as part of a close-knit team, traveling daily to 1–3 store locations across the region.
Schedule & Travel Details
Hours: Monday–Friday, averaging 36–42 hours per week (Guaranteed weekends off!).
7:00 AM Client Kickoffs: Audits begin on-site at client stores by 7:00 AM. Depending on the route distance (up to a 3- to 4-hour travel radius), departure times can be as early as 3:00 AM–4:00 AM.
Regional Route Travel: Daily travel starting from the Traverse City hub (includes team carpooling and fully paid hourly drive time).
Specialty Overnight Travel: Staying the full week (~4 times per year) for Mackinac area audits. Advanced notice (2–4 weeks) is always given so you can plan ahead.
Qualifications & Requirements
Vehicle & Licensing: Valid Driver’s License, active auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation (participation in team driving/carpooling required).
Screening: Ability to pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand, bend, squat, use short step-ladders, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in cool environments (walk-in coolers/freezers).
