You will construct electrical, instrumentation, and control systems in water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, and associated facilities. TraC-trol is a Texas‑based statewide systems integration company, seeks a panel builder for a municipal water/wastewater certified panel shop. Our services include design, project management, PLC & HMI programming, deployment, testing, and commissioning with some service and technical support for existing customers in the SCADA industry. Responsibilities Perform electrical assembly with a proactive, positive, and quality‑oriented attitude. Read and understand assembly instructions for all machines. Layout, cutout, and wire all panels and machines. Stay on a scheduled timeline for panels and machines to be completed. Be willing to do what it takes to meet the deadlines, including working extra hours and/or weekends. Train and mentor new employees on our electrical standards and instill quality in the work they perform. Teardown and clean‑up equipment for shipment. Load and unload equipment. Assist in start‑up/test of machines. Continuously improve the quality of the machines and panels' electrical items. Be responsible for keeping the panel shop clean and organized.
