Job Description

We are currently seeking a professional and friendly Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist (English/Spanish) for one of our team in Orlando. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and creating a welcoming office environment.

Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Provide support in both English and Spanish
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Handle basic administrative tasks and data entry
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

Bilingual (English & Spanish) – required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)
Reliable and punctual
