Rieck Services is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Sales Representative to drive new business growth throughout the Dayton market. This is not an account management role. This is a true business development opportunity designed for someone who enjoys prospecting, creating opportunities, and winning new customers. 

We are looking for sales professionals who aren't afraid to pick up the phone, walk into a facility, introduce themselves, and start conversations with decision-makers. What You'll DoProspect and Generate New Business

• Conduct high-volume phone prospecting to identify new opportunities
• Make in-person cold calls to commercial and industrial facilities
• Build relationships with facility managers, business owners, operations leaders, and other decision-makers
• Schedule meetings through consistent prospecting activity
• Develop a strong territory and sales pipeline through self-generated leads
• Become a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and providing valuable solutions 

Lead the Sales Process

• Conduct professional discovery meetings and executive-level presentations
• Develop proposals and present recommendations to prospective customers
• Quantify customer value through financial and lifecycle cost analyses
• Guide prospects through a proven consultative sales process
• Close new business and establish long-term customer relationships

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of business-to-business sales experience
• Demonstrated success selling services or other intangible solutions
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
• Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through closing
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Mechanical aptitude helpful but HVAC experience is not required
• Familiarity with the Dayton market is a plus
