Mandatory Requirement ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), CAD certification Key Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation and customer engagement skills Ability to interact confidently with business and technical stakeholders Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities Good understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities Professional attitude with the ability to work in a global environment Preferred Additional ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CAD, etc.) ITIL Foundation Certification
