The Dominguez Firm is seeking a creative, growth-driven Social Media Growth & Content Strategist to build and scale our presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and emerging platforms. This role is focused on growing followers, building trust, increasing engagement, and ultimately driving cases through compelling storytelling and high-quality content. You will own the full execution of social media, from concept development and scripting to filming, editing, publishing, and analyzing performance. While you will collaborate on paid social campaigns, this role is primarily about organic growth, creative execution, and building meaningful audience connection. You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Digital Marketing Officer, and the broader marketing team to highlight our attorneys, elevate our brand authority, and stand out in competitive legal markets.

Social Growth & Creative Strategy

• Develop and execute a clear growth strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
• Create content that builds followers, trust, engagement, and inbound leads
• Identify and adapt trends in a way that fits a professional legal brand
• Turn complex legal topics into compelling, easy-to-understand content
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual presentation

Content Ideation & Execution

• Generate creative ideas that humanize attorneys and showcase the firm’s impact
• Write scripts and outline storyboards for short-form video content
• Create a balanced mix of educational, emotional, serious, and culturally relevant content
• Develop strong hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds
• Maintain a consistent publishing cadence focused on quality and relevance

Video Production & Publishing

• Film and direct attorneys and team members
• Edit short-form videos optimized for each platform
• Publish and optimize content natively within social platforms
• Continuously refine creative approach based on performance data

Paid Social Collaboration

• Work with the performance marketing team to boost high-performing organic content
• Assist with creative direction for paid social campaigns
• Help align organic insights with paid strategy

Performance & Growth Optimization

• Track follower growth, engagement rates, watch time, saves, and shares
• Analyze which content formats drive the strongest results
• Adjust strategy based on real-time performance insights
• Understand how social activity contributes to inbound leads and signed cases

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 3–5+ years of hands-on social media growth experience
• Proven success growing social accounts organically
• Strong portfolio showcasing short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts required)
• Experience writing scripts and building content concepts
• Hands-on experience filming and editing video content
• Deep understanding of platform algorithms and audience behavior
• Ability to direct and coach on-camera talent

Preferred

• Experience in legal, insurance, healthcare, or other regulated industries
• Experience collaborating with paid social teams
• Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field preferred
• Demonstrated track record of building engaged social communities
• Strong creative instincts with data-informed decision making
• Understanding of advertising compliance in regulated industries
