Job Description

To escort patients to and from appointments in a safe and timely manner

Accompany patient on trips to/from scheduled appointments and remain with the patient at all times

Ensure any documentation/appointment information etc. Is provided to the facility's nursing supervisors

Inform facility of any changes in residents situation / plan

Must be able to communicate well with the patient to assure a positive experience

Minimum Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.

Ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
