Legal Case Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Legal Case Manager with at least 1 year of continuous employment with the same employer. If you are great at multitasking, have stellar computer skills), and are looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced legal environment, we want to hear from you! This position will involve managing a caseload of 80-120 cases, serving as the primary point of contact between clients, adjusters, and medical providers.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of continuous employment with the same employer.
• Multitasking and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and other basic computer software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Stellar attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

salary: $18 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 80-120 cases, providing essential support throughout the legal process.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, adjusters, and medical providers.
• Confirm patient diagnostic appointments, surgeries, and medical consultations with clients and healthcare providers.
• Obtain approval and conduct recorded and unrecorded interviews with clients and insurance companies.
• Perform Monthly Case Reviews every 30 days, ensuring all aspects of the case are on track as per Firm’s guidelines.
• Document and track client injuries, ongoing symptoms, and treating providers.
• Regularly update clients on case status and provide reminders for important dates.
• Review the accuracy of treating provider details with clients and maintain up-to-date medical records for all providers involved in the client’s treatment.
