You'll ensure efficient routing, maintain accurate customer records, and serve as a key communication link between customers, technicians, and leadership teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and coordinate service calls efficientlyReceive and prioritize emergency and non-emergency requestsDispatch technicians based on availability, location, and skill setManage and maintain the daily dispatch board and technician schedulesMonitor technician routes and job progress throughout the dayPrioritize calls based on urgency and customer needsForecast workload and staffing needs 2-3 days in advanceCommunicate job details, traffic updates, and customer requirements to techniciansCoordinate parts requests with the parts departmentMaintain accurate customer and service recordsConfirm appointments for the following business dayQualificationsPrevious dispatching or scheduling experience preferredStrong computer and data entry skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsAbility to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsCustomer service mindset with attention to detailHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home services, or related industries is a plusReady to Join a Winning Team?If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy coordinating people and schedules, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
