What We're Looking For: Experience: 10+ years of construction project management experience, with a strong portfolio of billion-dollar projects . Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field . Certifications: PMP, CCM, or equivalent is preferred. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in project management tools like Primavera, Projectmates, etc. (plus) Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead diverse teams, negotiate contracts, and drive project success.
