Dental Product Sales Representative

Each sale gets you between $200-$400 commission. When you visit a dental office to do a demo, there are at least one dentist, one hygienist and two assistants. Our product line help all these people, so you can generate multiple orders during a visit. What you'll be doing Full-time 1099 B2B sales rep prospecting dental clinics, selling loupes/magnification, maintaining customer engagement through the 40 to 45-day money-back guarantee period Prospect commercial accounts via cold outreach, referrals, and existing relationships Manage the full deal cycle from discovery through signed contract Run product demos, manage trial conversions, and grow account spend over time Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle What success looks like Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$108K annualized) Year 1: Top quartile clears $180K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles Who we're looking for Coachable.
