What You'll Do

Drive AI adoption across development teams

Help engineering teams understand and adopt internal and commodity AI tools in practical, repeatable ways. Identify where teams are getting stuck and create clear paths for adoption.

Create training programs for developers

Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, onboarding materials, office hours, and hands-on labs that teach engineers how to use AI effectively in their day-to-day work.

Build high-quality enablement content

Create documentation, guides, quick-start tutorials, examples, videos, walkthroughs, FAQs, and reusable training materials that make AI tools easier to understand and use.

Translate AI capabilities into developer workflows

Show development teams how to apply AI to common engineering activities such as code generation, code review, test creation, debugging, documentation, release support, system understanding, and change analysis.

Build demos, examples, and reference implementations

Write code, sample workflows, scripts, prompts, and lightweight applications that demonstrate how AI-enabled development patterns should be used in practice.

Partner with platform and engineering teams

Work closely with AI platform engineers, development teams, architecture, security, and engineering leadership to ensure enablement materials are technically accurate, useful, and aligned with company standards.

Establish best practices for AI-assisted development

Help define the "ABC Way" of using AI in engineering, including guidance around tool usage, code quality, validation, security, review expectations, and responsible adoption.

Gather feedback and improve adoption

Listen to developers, observe usage patterns, identify friction, and feed insights back into platform and tooling teams to improve the internal AI developer experience.

• This is not a role focused only on writing documentation without technical depth.
• This is not a generic training role disconnected from real engineering work.
• This is not a role limited to presentations, demos, or evangelism.
• This is a hands-on developer enablement role focused on helping engineering teams successfully adopt AI-enabled tools and practices.

What You Bring

Strong developer communication skills

You can explain complex technical ideas clearly to engineering audiences with different levels of AI experience. You know how to make new concepts approachable without oversimplifying them.

Teaching and enablement experience

You have experience creating training programs, leading workshops, running office hours, writing tutorials, or helping technical teams adopt new tools and practices.

Hands-on software engineering ability

You can write code, understand development workflows, build examples, and work directly with engineers on practical implementation patterns.

Practical AI tooling experience

You have used AI-assisted development tools, coding agents, LLM-based workflows, prompt patterns, or agentic development tooling in real software engineering contexts.

Strong content creation skills

You can create clear documentation, training guides, diagrams, videos, demos, and walkthroughs that help developers learn independently.

Developer empathy

You understand how engineers work, what slows them down, and what makes tools either useful or ignored. You care about adoption, clarity, and real-world usability.

Change management mindset

You know that successful AI adoption is not just about tools. It requires trust, education, examples, repetition, feedback, and practical guidance.

Quality and responsibility focus

You understand that AI-generated output must be reviewed, tested, validated, and used responsibly. You can teach developers how to use AI without lowering engineering standards.

Bonus Points

• Experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, internal platform enablement, technical training, or engineering onboarding.
• Experience creating technical videos, screencasts, live demos, or self-service learning content.
• Experience with AI coding tools, agentic development workflows, prompt engineering, code review automation, or internal developer platforms.
• Experience building sample applications, SDK examples, workflow templates, or reference implementations.
• Experience working with GitHub, CI/CD systems, Jira, internal developer portals, documentation platforms, or engineering productivity tools.
• Experience helping organizations adopt new engineering practices at scale.

Engineers understand which tools to use, when to use them, and how to apply them safely and productively.

Adoption increases across engineering

AI-enabled development practices become part of normal engineering workflows, not isolated experiments used by only a few early adopters.

Training materials become trusted resources

Developers rely on your documentation, videos, examples, and workshops to learn how to use AI tools in real work.

Teams move faster with confidence

Engineers use AI to reduce repetitive work, improve system understanding, accelerate development, and strengthen review and validation practices.

Feedback improves the platform

Insights from training, office hours, and team adoption feed directly into improvements in internal AI tools and developer experience.

Why This Matters

AI can meaningfully improve how development teams work, but only if engineers know how to use it effectively. Great tools do not create adoption on their own. Teams need clear guidance, practical examples, trusted patterns, and someone who can connect platform capabilities to everyday engineering work.

This role helps turn AI from a promising capability into a practical, well-understood part of how ABC Fitness builds software.

Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and market considerations. The anticipated compensation range for this position is 350,000 - 370,000 PLN zł- annually. In addition to base compensation, eligible employees may be offered other forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commissions, equity, or other incentive programs, where applicable. Compensation and benefits may vary by location and are subject to applicable legal, business, and market requirements.
