Role Description The Associate Funding Manager, Renewals is a full-time, on-site role based in Charleston, SC. This role is responsible for managing renewal opportunities for existing clients, including reviewing current loan structures, assessing client needs, and recommending appropriate funding options. Day-to-day tasks warm calling, texting, and emailing the current book of business, re-engaging with customers of businessloans.com to continue to create a relationship and discover funding needs, guiding clients through the renewal process for a strong pass off to their Account Manager. The Associate Funding Manager will maintain accurate records, monitor renewal pipelines, and collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to ensure timely approvals. This role also involves providing clear, professional communication to clients, supporting retention efforts, and identifying opportunities to improve funding strategies and client satisfaction.
