- Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Colorado or eligibility through compact licensure
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality, resident-centered care
- Ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of resident care and progress
- Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life
- Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Follow all state and federal regulations governing therapy services
- Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and professional standards
- Promote resident independence, safety, and successful rehabilitation outcomes
