Travel Physical Therapist - $2,063 per week

Job Overview Travel Physical Therapist – Girard, Ohio. Start Date: 05/26/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. 40 hours per week, 9 hour shifts, days. Employment Type: Travel. Requirements Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy OR Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE exam. Graduate from an accredited school. Minimum one year of experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist / PT or actively pursuing licensure. Current CPR certification. Other requirements to be determined by facility. Duties Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including direct patient care to evaluate medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. Develop and administer a treatment program with specific goals based on patient’s capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals, document patient condition, and educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop plan of care for each patient. Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of interventions.
