Location: HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Day Shift: 7A - 7P

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with expertise in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) settings. The ideal candidate will have experience in open heart and vascular surgery and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in various surgical procedures including CABG, Valve Replacement, Carotid Endarterectomy, and ECMO.
• Utilize Meditech for electronic medical records management.
• Collaborate with a skilled team of healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Provide one-on-one patient care in the operating room setting.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Experience in open heart and vascular surgery highly preferred.
