Business Analyst

Location: Grand Rapids (MI) | Employment Type: Full Time - 40 hours per week | Job Level: T4 | Work Preference: Onsite at work location address | Job Code: 243422 Job Description: Job Title: Business Analyst Overview / Summary We are seeking a Business Analyst to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while supporting project delivery and implementation efforts. The role involves working closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define requirements, improve processes, support testing activities, and ensure business objectives are achieved. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions. Create Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), user stories, workflows, and use cases. Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams. Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements. Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation. Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of business objectives. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation. Required Qualifications Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Experience conducting requirement workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions. Experience creating BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, and use cases. Ability to collaborate with development, QA, project management, and cross-functional teams. Experience performing gap analysis and recommending process improvements. Experience supporting UAT and validation activities. Ability to track project progress and support business objective delivery.
