Job Description: Responsible for helping achieve ongoing guest satisfaction through the upkeep and cleanliness of guest rooms, banquet rooms and public areas.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Understanding all standards of room/hotel cleanliness
• Clean all public areas in and around the hotel
• Sweeping and vacuuming floors
• Reporting any maintenance issues to your immediate supervisor
• Spot cleaning walls, carpets, light fixtures, etc.
• Replenishing storeroom supplies when necessary
• Keeping storerooms neat and orderly
• Responsible for setting up of tables and chairs, linen, china, glass, silver, for each function
• Responsible for the setting up, maintaining and breaking down all beverage breaks and food buffets/food displays

Job requirements:

• Be self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
• Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight is necessary, up to 50 lbs.
