Job SummaryWe are seeking a passionate and skilled Cosmetologist (colorist & stylist) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Cosmetologist, you will be responsible for enhancing the beauty and well-being of our clients through a range of services while promoting products and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.DutiesPerform color or stylists services.Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos to educate clients on the benefits of beauty products.Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.Deliver outstanding guest services by building rapport with clients and addressing their individual needs.Assist in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.ExperienceLicensed cosmetologistFamiliarity with salon software systems is advantageous.Excellent guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.Join us in creating beautiful experiences for our clients while advancing your career in the cosmetology field!Job Type: Full- timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible scheduleFree parkingHealth insuranceOpportunities for advancementPaid time offPaid trainingReferral programTipping
