Opportunity Overview Professional opportunity for Branch Office Administrator (BOA) to team up with financial advisors to support over nine million clients. Role Summary As a BOA you will provide seamless support to clients, support client accounts, facilitate communication, and ensure a positive client experience. Support Comprehensive 6-month training with an experienced peer to mentor you. A wide support network from branch to region to home office. Independent work supported by a team of thousands. Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members. Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry. Perform account opening, handle account transfers and other requests, process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle scheduling, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, streamline processes, update SOPs, and execute branch business plan. Technology: Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products and other firm-provided software.
