Ruby on Rails Software Engineer

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and contribute to a collaborative development culture. Troubleshoot and debug applications, providing timely resolutions to any issues. Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies to ensure we’re using the best tools for the job. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer. Proficiency in Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies. Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and writing SQL queries. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern development workflows. Experience working in an Agile development environment. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
