Job Description
The Used Car Detailer is responsible for thoroughly cleaning and preparing pre-owned vehicles for sale, ensuring each car meets the dealership's high standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work with various cleaning tools and products to enhance vehicle appeal.
Responsibilities
- Clean and detail exterior and interior of used vehicles
- Wash, wax, and polish cars to achieve a high-quality finish
- Vacuum and shampoo vehicle interiors, including carpets and seats
- Remove stains, dirt, and debris from all surfaces
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or maintenance needs
- Maintain cleaning tools and supplies in good condition
- Work efficiently to prepare multiple vehicles daily
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to prioritize vehicle preparation
