Looking for an individual preferably with experience with backflow assemblies, plumbing, lawn sprinkler systems, fire systems, but not required. Must have a High School Diploma. Desired employee will be able to assist walk in customers and respond to email inquiries, and assist customers on the phone. Our customer base consists of contractors, facilities maintenance individuals, small business owners and home owners. Must assist in pulling orders for both internet and walk in customers, learning and understanding the principles for how backflows operate, repair kit options for the different models and learning the trouble shooting techniques. Also responsible to assist in calibrating and repairing backflow test gauges. May also be asked to assist in quoting, ordering, receiving inventory and other duties as needed. Attention to details is important. Working knowledge of Microsoft programs and other online platforms is necessary and be comfortable using Windows based computer programs. Most be able to move at a fast pace especially during peak season between March -July. Must be able to lift minimum of 50 lbs. Must be able to communicate in English. Spanish can be helpful for many of our customer base. Must be self starter and motivated for success. Other duties as necessary. Preferable candidate will have or have had a backflow tester certification. Pay is determined by experience.
