High School Diploma. Graduation from an accredited school of surgical technology or surgical technology military program. At least two years of work experience as a Certified Surgical Tech required. Completion of all CST III career ladder requirements is required. Incumbent must hold and maintain the Certified Surgical Technologist credential administered by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting, (formerly LCC-ST).
